What we collect
Nothing. Watt Mile has no account, no form, no newsletter, no comments, no analytics and no advertising. The cost, law and weight calculators run entirely in your browser: the state, weights, miles and other figures you enter are not sent or stored. Watt Mile sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own pages, not from a third party.
Third parties
Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to deliver the pages (such as IP addresses) under its own privacy policy. When you click a link to a brand store or to a PeopleForBikes document, you leave Watt Mile: the store, and its affiliate network if a program accepts us later, may set cookies to attribute a purchase to our site, under their own privacy policies.
Do Not Track and California
Because we collect no personally identifiable information, there is nothing to share and Do Not Track signals change nothing on Watt Mile. This policy is written with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) in mind. If this ever changes, we will update this page and its effective date first.
